2. Eligibility

3. Services Provided
Twables provides a centralized platform for business travel management, including:

Access to third-party flight, hotel, and transportation booking options

Policy and approval workflow customization

Centralized billing and reporting

Support and coordination for group and corporate events
Twables is not a travel agency. All bookings are fulfilled by third-party service providers.
4. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and the terms of each Service Provider.

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise

Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with confirmed bookings.

Invoices are generated by Twables and may consolidate charges from multiple providers
-
Payment methods accepted include credit card, corporate billing, and approved direct invoicing.
5. Cancellations and Modifications

Users may request to cancel or modify bookings based on the cancellation policies of the applicable Service Provider.

Twables does not guarantee refunds. All refunds are subject to the terms of the original booking.

Administrative fees may apply for changes made through support services.
6. User Accounts

Each User must maintain a secure account with accurate information.

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under their account.

Twables reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security or legal risk.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

Use the Platform for personal or leisure travel unless explicitly authorized

Provide false information or impersonate another entity.

Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or disrupt system functionality

Misuse Twables content or intellectual property

Book fraudulent or speculative reservations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and data provided through Twables are owned by or licensed to Twables Technologies Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the Platform without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Twables is not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or accuracy of services provided by third-party travel vendors

Delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or other operational issues

Travel documentation, visas, or health compliance requirements
Users enter into a separate agreement with Service Providers upon confirming any booking.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twables shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Disputes between Users and Service Providers

Travel disruptions outside of our control
Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the User to Twables in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twables Technologies Inc., its affiliates, employees, and directors from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or third-party disputes
12. Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Twables adheres to all applicable Canadian privacy laws and uses encryption and best practices to protect user data.
13. Termination
Twables may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time for:

You may discontinue use at any time. Termination does not absolve outstanding payment obligations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update.
